Carley Bowman - Associate Consultant

Carley Bowman is a journalist, commentator and media consultant. She has 15 years experience developing and creating content for new and emerging digital platforms at the UK’s biggest news broadcasters – the BBC and Sky News.

Carley has covered some of the biggest stories of the past two decades, always experimenting and developing different video formats.

She is an expert at scoping and delivering editorial and content strategy, most notably achieving 1m daily unique users for news video at the BBC as well as planning targeted video campaigns for General Elections, the royal wedding of William and Kate and much more. Carley has an in-depth understanding of what works and what doesn’t and knows how to reach and engage audiences on desktop, mobile, tablet and social media.
Mark Egan - Associate Consultant

Mark Egan is an expert in mobile video and is a member of the Eurovision Academy Faculty, training broadcasters around Europe on shooting and editing video on smartphones. Mark was previously one of the BBC's first self-shooting video-journalists. He went on to become a trainer, teaching thousands of journalists how to shoot and edit their own video stories. Mark has worked in everything from news and documentaries, through to video marketing and PR for global brands. As a speaker, Mark has been invited to speak on stages from Malta to Paris and Cape Town to Kuala Lumpur. Through his unique style of teaching, Mark is is able to get people shooting high quality , effective video content quickly and easily.
Oliver Green - Head of Design

Oliver has accomplished a huge amount in a relatively short period. He’s been a graphic designer for a little over five years but during that time has worked on some of the UK’s biggest retail brands: J D Sports, Adidas, Asics, and Nike. And in the music industry client work includes Sony, Island, and Universal. His artwork has also been seen on some of the biggest music events across Europe.
